The movie opens in Fukuoka, where two mistresses walk the slave on a leash on the beach. The slave drives for a bit, and we end up at an apartment with the same two mistresses from the beach. They both piss and shit in his mouth on western style toilets. One also feeds him using tongs. Both mistresses bring him out on the balcony where they make him drink their piss through a funnel. There are two more mistresses with the same setup and in the same apartment, who also uses him as a toilet slave. The van with the mobile toilet setup makes an appearance, with two separate mobile bathroom sequences. Our slave drives to another apartment with more shit eating and piss drinking. This entry features a lot of travel. There’s one more toilet slavery scene in a different apartment, and we end on two scenes of shit eating in the van.
